NOSTALGIC
We thought about calling this selection "I used to have one of those" because that's what a lot of our customers say when they see them in the shop. In the Seventies if you couldn't afford a big name guitar you probably played a Shaftesbury, Antoria, Cimar, Ibanez, Kimbara, Avon, Arbiter, CSL, Sumbro or Columbus. Many of these guitars were made in the same factories in Japan and were badged according to the distributor or retailer that were importing them. Some of these guitars were extremely well made and have stood the test of time. These are the ones that we hunt down and offer for sale. Have a browse through and see if they bring back memories.
